Education:

• In 1972–1978 he successfully graduated from Kazakh polytechnic institute and Almaty institute of energy and communications, engineer-electrician;

• In 1989–1991 he graduated from post diploma education in Moscow technical university of communications and informatics, Candidate's dissertation with a specialization in “Computer systems, complexes and networks”.

Professional exeprience:

• From the beginning of his labor activity in 1978 he worked in Kazakh institute of energy as the senior engineer;
• Head of department in Almaty enterprise of electrical services;
• Senior software engineer;
• Later the leading software engineer in scientific laboratory of the Ministry of communications;
• Head of the scientific department;
• Deputy manager on science of the scientific and project institute “Giprosvyaz”; »;
• Head of department;
• Deputy manager of the IT department of the National Bank of Kazakhstan;
• Director General of  the “Center of interbank and financial telecommunication” CJSC ;
• Director General of “Glotour” CJSC.

In 1997–2000 he elaborated and upheld doctor's thesis on economics, with a topic “Mathematical methods in economics”, in the Financial academy under the president of the Russian Federation with a specialization in “Bank business”. He has 37 articles and 2 inventions.
