The first e-letter he sent in 1995 in South-Kazakhstan Scientific and Technical library. In May 1996 he was first online.

He has a number of research publications on the topic of Kaznet and history of Internet in general. He was the first to call Alexander Lyakhov the “grandfather of Kaznet” in press.

Once he wrote a dissertation “Electronic payment systems of Internet” that was successfully neglected. He is a member of a number of Runet contests. The general manager of internet processor CNP Processing GmbH (Switzerland), head of “National internet award AWARD.kz”.

Projects:

1. 1999-2000  - the project of book internet store in domain ru.
2. National internet award AWARD.KZ . Co-chairman of the Organizing committee of the National internet award AWARD.KZ in 2002-2009.
3.  Internet banking Halykbank, the head. The first paid off internet project in Kaznet (back in 2004).
4. The first commercial banner advertising in Kaznet was held thanks to this resource, as well as the first payment of credit in Internet and first internet deposits;
5. Member of jury of International contest of internet projects “Stars of Tatnet” in 2005 and 2006.  
6.  “Khalyk Bank of Kazkahstan” JSC, the supervisor of Electronic tender platform, creator of the Law of RK about e-money;
