100 000 articles in the KAZAKH WIKIPEDIA

The press-conference about development of the Kazakh section of the global open encyclopedia Wikipedia took place on November 2, 2011. It was held in the Kazakhstani Press-Club (Almaty, Samal 2 microdistrict, 58 Furmanov str., corner of Al-Farabi str., Satti Business-center, 2nd floor, press-hall).

The following people will take part in the press-conference: deputy of the Parliament Murat Abenov, head of the “Wikibilim” fund Rauan Kenzhekhanuly, Deputy Chairman of the Board of “Kazcontent” JSC Vladimir Tutykin, rector of the international university of information technologies Damir Shynybekov, representatives of the editorial office of the “Kazakh encyclopedia” and companies of the project sponsors.
